Hi! We are Lucas and Christa Miedema. We have owned Gourmet Meats since 2012. We have four beautiful children and a few very lucky pets. We are both very passionate about exceptional food and we firmly believe in providing the best local, quality food for our customers.

Before us, Lucas’ parents owned Gourmet Meats. We have loved adding our own touch and can not wait to help you with your butchering needs.
