Home Style Meals:

Three Cheese & Meat Lasagna - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the cheese and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. From thawed, cook for approx. 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Beef Shepherds Pie - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the potatoes and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden. From thawed, cook for approx. 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.

Smoked Cheddar Mac & Cheese - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the noodles and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Stir regularly. From thawed, cook for approx. 25-35 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Stir regularly.

Scalloped Potatoes - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the potatoes and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Stir regularly. From thawed, cook for approx. 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Stir regularly.

Cooked & Sliced Roast Beef with Gravy - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the roast beef and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Move beef around in the pan regularly. From thawed, cook for approx. 25-35 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Move beef around in the pan regularly.

Italian Style Meatballs - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the meatballs and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 30-45 minutes or until hot. Stir regularly. From thawed, cook for approx. 20-30 minutes or until hot. Stir regularly.

Pulled Pork - 

To thaw quickly, place pulled pork package into a sink with cold water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Warm, up in the oven for approx. 10-20 minutes depending on the amount of pulled pork. Pulled pork is already fully cooked, just needs to be warmed.

Pulled Beef - 

To thaw quickly, place pulled beef package into a sink with cold water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Warm, up in the oven for approx. 10-20 minutes depending on the amount of pulled beef. Pulled beef is already fully cooked, just needs to be warmed.

Hickory Bacon Wrapped Sausage Apps - 

Take off the plastic lid and cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the apps and the foil). Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. From frozen, cook for approx. 30 minutes or until hot. From thawed, cook for approx. 20 minutes or until hot.

Meat Pies (Chicken, Beef, Turkey, and Steak & Mushroom) - 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place desired amount of meat pies on a cookie sheet. Place in oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Take out of the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before eating.

Single Serve Items:

Lasagna (Three Cheese & Meat/Eggplant/Eggplant & Meat) - 

Take out of the package while frozen. Put in a small oven-resistant pan. Cover with tin foil (while allowing space between the cheese and the foil). Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. From thawed, cook for approx. 15 minutes or until warmed. Lasagna is already pre-cooked.

Can also warm up in the microwave as desired. Simply take the lasagna out of the package while frozen and warm up in your microwave to the desired temperature.

Specialty Food Items:

Cordon Bleu - 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place cordon bleu on a well-oiled cookie sheet. Drizzle oil over the top of the cordon bleu. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes depending on size and oven type. Check to make sure chicken is cooked all the way through before eating.

Chicken Schnitzel - 

OVEN:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken schnitzel on a well-oiled cookie sheet. Drizzle oil over the top of the chicken schnitzel. Place in oven for 18-20 minutes depending on size and oven type. Check to make sure chicken is cooked all the way through before eating.

PAN:

Place chicken schnitzel into a well-oiled pan on medium heat. Once one side is golden brown, flip and continue on the other side. Once both sides are golden check to ensure chicken is cooked all the way through.

Mesquite Chicken Kabobs - 

BBQ:

Turn BBQ on low to medium heat. Once BBQ is up to temperature place on the hot BBQ grill. Turn once after 6-8 minutes and let the other side cook for 6-8 minutes. Check to ensure that chicken is cooked all the way through before eating. *If you desire crispier bacon we recommend crisping up your bacon with a cast-iron pan.*

Rolade (Beef, Pork, or Beef & Pork) - 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sear all sides of Rolade in a dutch oven or cast iron pan. Cook 15-20 min/lb or to an internal temp of 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit. (Depending on how rare you are looking for). Be sure to let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
*Note* it might be nice to put some carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and water in the pan with the Rolade. You will be using the excess cooking liquid for your gravy.
